The Scandinavian-style design was a refreshing touch in the heart of Mexico. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the roofs and cathedrals. The rooftop jacuzzi was a definite perk. The staff, especially Veronica and Eric, went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP guest. I highly recommend this hotel for its design, location, and exceptional service.

We had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel. The best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff, great quality food, beautiful location, and cozy room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and their breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the staff’s quick transportation and parking service, which made our stay even more memorable.
Cannot find any fault. We had an excellent time in this city and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Loved staying at this charming hotel during my city trip! the interior design was fantastic and felt just like home. the central location was ideal, making it easy to explore all the sights. the rooftop hot tub was an amazing perk and provided a wonderful view of the city, especially at night.
Although the hotel was comfortable, it could have been improved with better amenities. the absence of a hair dryer and ironing board made it difficult to get ready in the morning.

The design of this hotel is really something. The Scandinavian style in the heart of Mexico is really a catch. The bar with the fireplace was really nice. The service in the restaurant was perfect and the food was amazing. , the location was perfect, with a nice view of the roofs and cathedrals, and it was close to the central square.
I really didn't like that there wasn't parking available, you had to leave your car at the valet, which unfortunately, caused a lot of traffic jams. the humidity in the hotel was extremely high, and my clothes were wet afterwards.

The hotel is a hidden gem with luxurious amenities which kept me relaxed and happy. the Spa and wellness center provided the ultimate relaxation with a variety of massages that were simply amazing. the sun terrace and sun loungers are perfect for soaking up the sun and the calm ambiance of the hotel was ideal.
The only issue I had was that the TV remote did not work - a minor inconvenience that had no impact on my overall experience. the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find, but once you're there, you will forget all about the journey.
